Air Navigation Safety Facility
A conformity assessment for radio air navigation safety facilities or aviation information & communication facilities is conducted under Article 52(Conformity Assessment for Air Navigation Safety Facility) of the Airport Facility Act and Article 43(Request for Conformity Assessment for Air Navigation Safety Facility) of the Enforcement Regulations of the same Act.
